Gerardo Garcia together with Dagmar Garcia form Grupo Borghese. The father and daughter team create a private holding of luxury brands for the Latin American region. The medium-term objective is the formation of a holding company containing a portfolio of luxury brands and then incorporating emerging brands to consolidate a group of world-famous brands in the
region.

Last December, the first Ready-to-Wear Boutique store was inaugurated. Wear de DARCÉ, the private label created by Dagmar Garcia. On 19 December at SOHO Mall the Bottega Veneta store opened for Panama. These are the first brands in the group’s portfolio. Grupo Borghese plans to invest about $20 million to create a brand portfolio for regional distribution between 2021 and 2022.
